Indoor Climbing

Almost anyone can take up indoor climbing, it's as physically and mentally demanding as you want to make it. With a plethora of climbing centres that have opened up in practically every city in Scotland, it's a great way of keeping active on a city break or holiday. And you're not going to be breaking the bank every time you want a climb.
For first timers, all climbing centres offer instruction and gear hire. If you're fed up of pounding the machines at your gym, then climbing could be your bag as its great for toning and building your muscles. Its also gets you away from your office worries as all you'll be concentrating on is reaching that next hold!
