Glen Coe and Lochaber, Glen Coe
Glen Coe is known to mountaineers as the scrambling capital of Scotland. It's host to some of the finest routes in the world and is a Mecca for all walker and scramblers.Routes like Curved ridge on the Buchaile Etive Mhor grade 3(S)*** and the famous Aonach Eagach ridge Grade 3(S)*** other classic but interesting routes like Broad Buttress Grade 2** and Gear Anoach the Zig Zags Grade 2 ** The wider area of Lochaber hosts famous massifs like Ben Nevis. The North Face is traditionally known for winter climbing and host's a number of classic scramble routes such as Tower Ridge at 1.5km in length and graded (diff), another classic on the face is Ledge Route grade 2**
Isle of Skye, The Black Cuillin
Unique to Britain the Cuillin ridge is mainly a 7 mile long chaotic, spiny crest of rough rock with literally hundreds of multi pitch scrambles.
