Want to get started?
The club will have equipment you can use until you are ready to buy your own. It is recommended that you do not buy any equipment until you have sought the advice of the club coach or an experienced club member.
Where to go:
There are a few companies in Scotland that offer archery as part of their activities stable. They will provide you with the necessary equipment and instruction (though not the feathered hat or tights..) There are also around 50 archery clubs in Scotland, and the easiest way to find your local club is to contact the regional of the SAA to find out where your local club is located. Then simply arrange to go along to the club, where you will attend a beginner's course.
