No matter what the weather or time of year, paintball is a fantastic adventure activity that is amenable to all. Paintball is a game of strategy, tactics and teamwork and most of all it is great day out!
Almost anyone can play paintball and no experience is necessary, the only thing you need is the skill and ability to outwit your opponent. Paintball in Scotland can cater for a wide range of budgets and ages. There are sessions for adults and separate sessions specifically tailored for young people (12-17 years).

A choice of venues and packages are available. If you have played paintball before then you'll know what an adrenaline rush it is. It's always worth checking back to see if scenarios have changed and new games are live. Once you have a group of friends or colleagues together and a date in mind then you are ready to make a booking, either online or by telephone.

Do I need to bring my own equipment? No, everything you require for your session is supplied. This should include the minimum of a mask, with built-in eye protection, helmet, overalls, a paintball marker, pod-pak, pods, hopper and paint pellets. Players are not allowed to use their own equipment due to health and safety reasons.

There are paintball venues throughout Scotland, with many close to the major cities of Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Dundee. There is an online directory at www.ukpsf.com or you can search for paintball in your area online at many of the search engines.
