C2C Surf School Special Offers

Coast to Coast (C2C) surf school provides friendly British Surf Association (BSA) qualified surf instruction for ages 6 years and over, which introduces beginners and intermediates to the fun and enjoyment of surfing on Scotland's beautiful coastline.

Based in the pretty East Lothian coastal town of Dunbar just 35 minutes south-east of Edinburgh, the school is open 7 days a week (depending on swell) where you'll find three surf instructors, Sam, Josh and Tim, who are fully qualified National Aquatic Rescue Standard (NARS) beach lifeguards and BSA surf instructors.

Taking on two of Scotland's best-known long distance routes, with all your gear in trailers on the back of the bikes, this is a unique way to experience the beauty and variety of Scotland's landscape by mountain bike.

This week-long, guided mountain biking holiday starts in the west end of Glasgow, taking you along the West Highland Way (Scotland's oldest and most popular Long Distance Route) north past Loch Lomond and skirting Ben Lomond, Scotland's southern-most Munro.

Riding into the central Highlands, you'll pass across Rannoch Moor and Glen Coe to tackle the infamous Devil's Staircase. Next, you'll arrive in Lochaber, the Outdoor Capital of the UK, where you'll spend two nights in Fort William at the foot of the UK's highest mountain, Ben Nevis.

Fort William marks the start of the Great Glen Way, which leads you along the Caledonian Canal to Fort Augustus, where you will spend your penultimate night, then up forest tracks above Loch Ness before descending into Inverness.

Accommodation will comprise a combination of camping, wooden wig-wams and good quality B & Bs. All kit and equipment for the holiday will be carried by the group in trailers on the back of the bikes.
