Adventure Scotland - brought to you by Scotland's National Tourism Organisation

There are five trails in this wee forest located just a few miles south of Dumfries.

The Phoenix Trail sponsored by Endura is a 12-mile classic woodland trail consisting of challenging climbs, fast-flowing single-track, blinding berms, raised timber trails, log features for the more ambitious, drop-offs, step-ups and burn splashes - everything you could want all packed into one neat trail!

And not forgetting, though only for the very experienced, the legendary Kona Dark Side. This is an extended run of elevated North Shore style timber trails, where the trail width narrows in places to just 10 cms and a there's a gap jump to keep you on your toes!
