Beallich is a health and activity provider based in the Cairngorms National Park near Aviemore, an area which has the best selection of activities in the country. We specialise in yoga, mountaineering and massage. At Beallich we have a stunning yoga studio, indoor climbing wall and massage therapy room.

We cater for all abilities and ages (we are AALS licensed for our mountaineering activities). The safety of our clients is very important to us as is the protection of the environment, we hold the silver award in the Green Tourism Business Scheme.

What we do best:

Have a great experience with us. We have a selection of courses, such as: children's climbing, navigation and winter skills. Bespoke courses: climbing days to improve your skills or great multi-pitch days; hillwalking in summer and winter possibly a specific requirement e.g. to see the deer rut.

What do I need to wear?

This depends on activity. Outdoor clothing, preferably not cotton. If you are unsure then contact us to discuss.

What do I need to bring?

Rucsac, gloves, hat, walking boots, gaiters, waterproofs, spare tops, food and drink.

Yes, the nearest in the Haughs Hotel in Cromdale otherwise Grantown has quite a few.
