What we do best:
Take a Shark Dive at Deep Sea World, North Queensferry, and you’ll be swimming with one of nature’s most amazing predators. Deep Sea World is the only aquarium is Scotland to offer you this incredible experience. So, if diving in shark-infested waters is your idea of fun, now’s your chance to do it. No qualifications or experience are required to enjoy the adrenaline rush of shark diving. Full training is given on the day and all necessary equipment is provided. All we ask is that you meet the basic medical requirements and are over 16 years of age. Terms and conditions apply.
Everyday tank talks and presentations are given as well as rock pool sessions providing "hands-on" experiences. Throughout the year events take place, which are advertised on our website and during the summer we have a "special" outdoor exhibition. Summer 2007 saw the Dinomites exhibition where we journeyed back million of years to a time when dinosaurs ruled our world. Coming face to face with life-like baby and juvenile dinosaurs and learing about their life cycles from birth to death to fossilisation; Deep Sea World gave you the opportunity to interact with plenty dino facts to learn!
