Based in the Cairngorms National Park, in Aviemore - the heart of the Scottish Highlands, we offer a wide range of activities, holidays and sports coaching.

Our friendly and professional staff, hold the highest coaching and guiding qualifications in their sports. We provide equipment, instruction and guiding in a range of sports for individuals, families and larger groups such as stag, hen, office and college parties. Multi activity breaks, team building events, wilderness expeditions from one day to multi day trips such as our guest-house based 'Spey Descent by Open Canoe'.

We run whitewater rafting trips on the best rafting run in Britain - the Findhorn. We also arrange accommodation for groups in purpose built chalets and excellent guest-houses offering the very best in Highland hospitality.

What we do best:

Ideal for all the family (children over 8 years of age), individuals and groups, this can be a peaceful journey to see the wildlife on loch or river or if you prefer an exciting ride through white water.

One day to multi-day canoe trips and holidays. Wild scenery, amazing wild life. Otters, Herons, Osprey, Salmon, Oyster Catchers, Dippers and Diving Ducks are amongst the wildlife you'll see.

Spey Descents - The classic Scottish river journey. We run a number of scheduled trips down the river Spey and by arrangement see our special page for details of this amazing journey Spey Descent. You decide if you'd like to camp, stay in hotels each night, or somewhere in between. How about a Highland castle as your residence, it can all be arranged.
