Based in the Cairngorms National Park, in Aviemore - the heart of the Scottish Highlands, we offer a wide range of activities, holidays and sports coaching.

Our friendly and professional staff, hold the highest coaching and guiding qualifications in their sports. We provide equipment, instruction and guiding in a range of sports for individuals, families and larger groups such as stag, hen, office and college parties. Multi activity breaks, team building events, wilderness expeditions from one day to multi day trips such as our guest-house based 'Spey Descent by Open Canoe'.

We run whitewater rafting trips on the best rafting run in Britain - the Findhorn. We also arrange accommodation for groups in purpose built chalets and excellent guest-houses offering the very best in Highland hospitality.

From stunning scenic rides to advanced single-track we have something to suit all tastes and abilities. You don't need to be super fit to enjoy the pleasures of riding in the Scottish Highlands. Our expert, qualified guides will tailor the experience to suit you - long/ short, easy/advanced, you choose. We can show you the local classic rides and help to develop your biking skills with top tips to improve your ability.
