Based in the Cairngorms National Park, in Aviemore - the heart of the Scottish Highlands, we offer a wide range of activities, holidays and sports coaching.

Our friendly and professional staff, hold the highest coaching and guiding qualifications in their sports. We provide equipment, instruction and guiding in a range of sports for individuals, families and larger groups such as stag, hen, office and college parties. Multi activity breaks, team building events, wilderness expeditions from one day to multi day trips such as our guest-house based 'Spey Descent by Open Canoe'.

We run whitewater rafting trips on the best rafting run in Britain - the Findhorn. We also arrange accommodation for groups in purpose built chalets and excellent guest-houses offering the very best in Highland hospitality.

What we do best:

Kayaking from introductory sessions on Highland lochs to whitewater courses. John Mason holds the highest coaching qualification SCA (Scottish Canoe Association) level 5 coach. His coaching experience coupled with expert local knowledge, ensures that Full On Adventure, offer the best kayaking courses in Scotland.

Whitewater rescue and safety courses, Scottish river paddling tours, 'creeking', play-boating and international kayaking holidays are all available.

We also offer sea kayaking courses around Skye and other islands along Scotland's stunning coastline.
