Rothiemurchus is a special place at the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, near Aviemore, in the Scottish Highlands. It offers a warm welcome, stunning scenery and outdoor activities for individuals, families, groups and corporate parties to enjoy.

What we do best:

Trips are fantastic for the sled-dog enthusiast and can be either a daytime or night time experience dependant on your preferences.

Whilst Sled Dog Tours give you the chance to meet and get to know our 30 Sleddogs on our kennel and museum tour. You will also be given an insight into the history of the sport, the world of Scotty Allan "King of the Arctic Trails" and Alan Stewart's life with his stunning canine companions. You will also have the chance to see and stroke the dogs and to watch a video in the small museum situated at the foot of the Cairngorm Mountains.
