We are based at Bridge-End Outdoor Centre in Burra Isle, from where we run half-day and evening trips, and also set out for day trips at a variety of locations throughout these beautiful islands. Self-catering accommodation packages are available and also extended camping trips in Shetland?s remote North Mainland and north isles.
What we do best:
We offer the chance to explore Shetland?s fabulous coastline, sheltered voes, remote islands and abundant wildlife in peace and tranquility from a sea kayak. Round almost every corner is a cave or a secluded beach, a natural arch or a towering sea stack. On the way we are sure to see seals and seabirds in abundance. On occasion we may also spot whales, porpoises, dolphins and otters.Travel Directions

How to get to Bridge-End Outdoor Centre: Starting from Lerwick, follow signs for Scalloway. Just before you reach Scalloway take a left turn signposted Burra Isle. Follow this road for about three miles crossing two bridges. The road forks as you crest a small rise. Take the left fork, signposted Bridge-End. After another two miles the road forks again in front of a war memorial. Take the left fork signposted Houss, the Outdoor Centre is now just below on your right.
